Aims and Scope

"Pistachio Science and Technology" is a peer-reviewed agricultural journal, publishes the latest findings of pistachio researchers. The journal accepts and publishes research articles/reviews that meet the general criteria of significance related to pistachio production in persian language. It includes nutrition and soil management, horticultural science, genetics and breeding, production and post-harvest physiology, pest and disease control, and food science and technology. The Journal has planned to provide a forum for scientific information in pistachio science and technology to solve the problems and obstacles in production and marketing of this product making valuable progress in entrepreneurship field.
